Returns and Exchanges
The following conditions related to the returns and exchanges of our products do not apply in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal
The date on the delivery note will be taken as a reference for counting the 14-day period.
You must fill in the return note (on the back of the delivery note) that was sent to you along with your order.
Any product with laser engraving does not allow for exchanges or returns, except in the case that the material has arrived in poor condition, in which case it will be exchanged for the same model and engraving while maintaining the style.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the moment the return of the order is made, and in the same means of payment with which the purchase was made (bank card), unless you choose a different means of payment.
If you made the payment for your order through your PayPal customer account and make the return at one of our physical stores, you must provide any bank card of which you are the holder so that we can refund the amount of the return, unless you choose a different means of payment.
If you made the payment for your order through PayPal and make the return to our warehouse, we will refund the amount to your PayPal account.
Responsibility and Guarantees for Our Products
The legal guarantee for all our products is defined by law, and its terms will always be respected by Artero USA Inc
The aforementioned guarantee is regulated by the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, which establishes that the minimum warranty period will be: 12 months for professionals and 36 months for personal use for machines and electrical equipment, although after the first six months, it is the customer who must prove that the problem that the article presents is a defect of origin and not wear and tear produced by the usual and correct use of the product.
However, in the event that the item under warranty does not meet the optimal conditions to be used, Artero USA Inc will assume the corresponding responsibility to the customer, and we will proceed to refund the amounts paid for that product as well as reimburse any expenses that the customer has had to pay to acquire the product. Therefore, if the item has a defect or error, or there has been an error in the shipment, the customer can return it to any of our stores or send it to our warehouse. Once the defect is verified, we will refund the full value of the amount paid, including shipping and return costs, and, where applicable, the amount paid for the gift wrap.
If this item is intended for industrial use, the Warranty Law for the Sale of Consumer Goods will not apply, but rather the Civil Code, which establishes that the repair of hidden defects will be limited to a maximum period of six months from the date of acquisition. Artero Inc USA. extends this limitation to six more months, making the total period for remedying hidden defects twelve months from the date of acquisition.
We will only refund the return shipping costs in the following cases:
- If the item is defective.
- If there has been an error in the shipment.
- If the item does not correspond to the photo on the website.
- If the order has arrived outside the deadlines established in our General Conditions of Purchase.
- If the package has been damaged during transport.

Shipping
Deliveries are processed through UPS or USPS & will be made according to their days of delivery. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of being placed based on a regular business day schedule. During promotional periods, such as BlackFriday, orders may take up to 5 working days to ship.
Artero USA offers free shipping for orders of $170.00 or more. For orders under $170.00 shipping is a flat fee of $14.00. This does not include AK, HI, or PR.

Returns and Exchanges
Artero offers a period of 14 days from purchase date to exchange or return an item. The item must be returned in its original package & in new condition. You will need to contact our Customer Service Department via email at [email protected] to make all arrangements & obtain a return authorization. Your refund will not include any shipping charges unless the product was deemed defective.
All sales of Clearance or Outlet Items are final.
Artero will use the date stated on your web order or show invoice to count the period of 14 days.
The refund amount will be processed as soon as possible & will be processed back to the same means of payment used for the purchase of the original order.
We will only refund return shipping costs in the following cases:

Clipper Warranty
Artero clippers are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defect for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Clippers are satisfaction guaranteed for the full cost of the clipper for a period of no longer than
14 days from the date of purchase.
Clippers must be returned to Artero USA Inc. along with a copy of the purchase receipt. Acceptable
returns include unopened and undamaged product only. Any returns that are damaged, dropped,
mis-used, mishandled, abused or otherwise uncared for will be rejected. The procedures for
Returns or Exchanges noted above should be followed. All clipper parts & accessories, including
blades & promotional items provided with the clipper must be returned in new condition.
Clippers that have any anomalies or malfunction during the first 14 days of use will be replaced with
a new unit. Those that exceed the 14 day cutoff will be repaired. Artero USA Inc. reserves the right
to replace or repair clippers as required. Warranty includes spare parts & labor should a repair be
required.
All clippers are to be sent freight pre-paid to our Service Center. You will need to contact them
directly & follow their instructions. If the clipper is covered under our warranty, a new or repaired
unit will be shipped at no cost. If the unit is out of warranty, then all repair & freight charges are to
be paid by the customer.
Our warranty does not cover normal wear & tear caused by usage or clipper mishandling. Blades
Drives, Charging Base, & Cords are not covered.
Our warranty will be deemed null & void if the clipper:
* Has been treated carelessly.
* Has been used improperly.
* Has been used with an incorrect supply voltage or without surge protector.
* Has been used with accessories produced by any unauthorized company.
* Blade has been attached to the clipper (X-Tron & Spektra models) incorrectly damaging the anchoring system. To avoid this problem please change the blade only while clipper is set on the “10 blade” setting (see instructions included with the clipper).
Please contact our USA authorized Service Center of your choice listed on our website for further instructions before shipping.
Make sure the machine is securely packaged (bubble wrap, packing paper, packing peanuts, etc.).
Shipping damage due to inadequate packaging will be repaired at the customer’s expense.
