The information contained in these Terms and the details contained on this website do not constitute an offer for sale, but an invitation to contract.
After this, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order "Order Confirmation". Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted, as it constitutes an offer that you make to us to purchase one or more products.
All orders are subject to our acceptance, of which you will be informed through an email in which we will confirm that the product is being shipped: the "Shipping Confirmation". The contract for the purchase of a product between you and us will be formalized only when we send you the Shipping Confirmation.
Obviously, the price and other conditions of the items that you have requested will not be modified during the time that elapses between your offer and its acceptance issued through the confirmation of shipment unless by law or decision of governmental organizations, we must make retroactive changes to such policies, Conditions, or Privacy Statement, in which case, possible changes will also affect the orders that you had previously placed.

9. Right of withdrawal

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by your part of this right is sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including the shipping costs of your order (with the exception of additional expenses resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery that we offer).
The deadline for this refund will be a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make this refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial purchase unless you have expressly stated otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.

In this case, you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You can also exercise the right of withdrawal by going to any of our physical stores (Artero Inspiring Style). In this case, the exercise of the right of withdrawal will not generate any expense for you.
You will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
10. Changes and returns
The following conditions related to changes and returns of our products do not apply in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 15 days from the date of product delivery to proceed with its exchange or return.
The delivery note date will be used as a reference for counting the 14-day period.
In addition, you must fill out the return note (on the back of the delivery note) that was sent to you with your order.
Books and DVDs cannot be returned once unsealed, except for defects or damage, in which case it will be exchanged for the same item.
Laser engraved scissors cannot be exchanged or returned except in the case of the material arriving in poor condition, in which case it will be exchanged for the same model and engraving style.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 days from the moment the return of the order is made and using the same payment method used for the purchase (bank card), unless you choose a different payment method.
11. Responsibility and guarantees in our products
We offer the following information required for the processing of the Artero Clipper Warranty.
All Artero clippers are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defect for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Clippers are satisfaction guaranteed for the full cost of the clipper for a period of no longer than 14 days from the date of purchase.
Clippers must be returned to Artero UK Ltd.. along with a copy of the purchase receipt. Acceptable returns include unopened and undamaged product only. Any returns that are damaged, dropped, misused, mishandled, abused or otherwise uncared for will be rejected.
Clippers that have any anomalies or malfunction during the first 15 days of use will be replaced with a new unit. Those that exceed the 15 day cutoff will be repaired. Artero UK Ltd.. reserves the right to replace or repair clippers as required. Warranty includes spare parts & labor should a repair be required.
All clippers are to be sent freight pre-paid to our service center. If the clipper is covered under our warranty, a new or repaired unit will be shipped at no cost. If the unit is out of warranty, then all repair & freight charges are to be paid by the customer.
Our warranty does not cover normal blade wear & tear or cord damage caused by usage or clipper mishandling.
Our warranty will be deemed null & void if the clipper:
* Has been treated carelessly
* Has been used improperly
* Has been used with an incorrect supply voltage
* Has been used with accessories produced by any unauthorized company
* Blade has been attached to the clipper (X-Tron & Spektra models) incorrectly damaging the anchoring system. To avoid this problem please change the blade only while clipper is set on the “10 blade” setting (see instructions included with the clipper).
Please contact our Customer Service department for a Return Request Form prior to shipping.
Make sure the machine is securely packaged (bubble wrap, packing paper, packing peanuts, etc.). Shipping damage due to inadequate packaging will be repaired at the customer’s expense.
12. OUR RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE CONDITIONS
Artero Uk Ltd. reserves the right to review and modify these Terms at any time.
However, the price and other conditions of the items that you have requested from us will not be modified during the period of time that elapses between your offer and its acceptance issued through the shipment confirmation, unless we are required to make retroactive changes to such policies, Terms or Privacy Statement by law or governmental agencies, in which case, the possible changes will also affect the orders that you may have previously made
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction" in English.
