• Confidentiality applied to both the content and the authorship of the information submitted.
• Protection against retaliation towards the person or persons who, in good faith, report any violation or irregularity. However, knowingly false reports may be subject to sanction.
• The right to be informed of the outcome and follow-up of the report.
