- Maintenance: it is recommended to brush this coat daily to avoid knotting, but it should be brushed a minimum of 3 times a week with a bath every 15 days.
Haircut: Stripping is used on the back, some commercial pet groomers will use either clippers or shears to complete these parts instead. There should be considerable length on the legs, head, back of tail and skirt.
Special Attention: It is important to keep ontop of the hygiene of the eyes and ears to avoid infections. This coat can have the tendency to knot when kept longer so always check the coat through with a comb after brushing to catch any knots that may remain.
