Repairing parts and tools is one of the activities in which Artero has become a national benchmark.

We have a highly qualified team of professionals to offer you a fast and efficient service, supported by the latest technology, which allows us to offer you the highest quality in all types of repairs on hair cutting machines and sharpening tools in general.

If you ever feel something is not right or you just want a regular service for your Artero clipper, trimmer or dryer you should send it into our technical service department. 

Here’s how to do it:

1.       Print off our service form and complete it to the best of your ability to provide us with as much information as possible, make sure to describe any issue you are experiencing, this is to help the technician understand anything you are concerned with. Our address is at the bottom of the form!

2.       Package the unit safely using bubble wrap, packing paper or peanuts and a sturdy box. Any damage sustained while shipping will need to be repaired at the customer’s expense.

3.       Include the form within the box! This acts like an ID card for when it arrives in our workshop 

4.       Send using your preferred courier 

5.       When it arrives in the workshop, we will register it as received into our system and then the technician will check it for faults or issues

6.       When the technician has finished checking he will generate a quote, and someone will send an email with the quote and a brief explanation into the issue

7.       If you agree to the costs of the quote, you will be sent a payment link to complete payment after which your unit will be fitted with necessary parts

8.       If a quote is agreed to and paid before 3pm on a working day we would still be able to send the unit out the same day with 48-hour delivery to not delay you working

Satisfaction

We are committed to providing the best quality products which are reliable and of high quality – if you believe a product you have received does not meet these targets, we are here to help get it sorted out. If you purchased the product directly from us please send an email to our customer service team = [email protected] with the issue you are facing, date of purchase and a copy of your receipt/invoice.

All our equipment is manufacture guaranteed for one year following the date of purchase, this warranty can be voided through certain instances please refer to the CARE & MAINTENANCE file for specific outlines.

The equipment has a 14-day satisfaction guarantee – if you have the item for less than 14-days and are not satisfied you are eligible to return it for a full item cost refund; you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of this package. Returns of this nature must be made with the products original packaging intact and a copy of the purchase invoice/receipt. If original packaging is not available, then a full refund may not be processed.

SHARPENING SERVICES

ARTERO UK Ltd provides in-house sharpening at a competitive price with technicians that have had decades of experience with the traditional Japanese Waterstone sharpening technique to return your scissors and blades to their original state. We deal with all matters involving scissors including but not limited to chips, breaks and scuffs.

With our own brand scissors and blades, we carry all the necessary spare parts (finger rests, safety nubs, screws, and washers), no other sharpening service carries our parts.

 

SCISSOR SHARPENING

The following table describes the different sharpening services that we currently offer for scissors, with professional price list1:

BLADE SHARPENING
