It ensures confidentiality, security and integrity of communications. Users are fully guaranteed anonymity if they choose this option when submitting a report or query.

Who manages the Ethics Channel?

What can be reported?

Any natural person (employee, user, collaborator, client, etc.) or legal entity (client, supplier, etc.) may submit queries or reports regarding possible irregularities in the application of Artero's Code of Conduct, as well as violations of applicable legislation.

How are reports handled?

Artero Inspiring Style receives reports and acknowledges receipt to the whistleblower within no more than 7 working days from the date of receipt. Anonymous reports, where no reference or contact information of the whistleblower can be identified, are also recorded and managed. The Compliance Committee assesses whether an investigation should be carried out to verify the truthfulness of the report. The investigation phase may be conducted by members of the Compliance Committee or designated representatives. During the investigation, additional information may be requested from the whistleblower, along with written statements or personal interviews from the whistleblower, the subject of the report and/or other involved parties. The maximum period for resolving the report is 3 months (which may exceptionally be extended by a further 3 months). Once the investigation is complete, the Compliance Committee issues its conclusions and communicates them to all relevant parties via a report summarising its resolutions.
