3. CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND SECURE PAYMENT

3.1. Prices and Taxes

Prices on the website are indicated in British Pounds (GBP). Depending on the user's profile, prices will be displayed including UK VAT or on a net basis (for validated business accounts).

4. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURNS (FOR B2C CONSUMERS)

If you purchase products as a private consumer (B2C), your rights are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4.1. Statutory Cancellation Period (Cooling-off Period)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day after you (or a third party indicated by you) receive physical possession of the goods, without giving any reason.

4.2. Return Process & Automated Portal

To make the process as quick and seamless as possible, ARTERO provides an automated Online Returns Portal:

  1. Access our logistics portal via the link ARTERO ONLINE RETURNS PORTAL.
  2. Enter your order number and the email address associated with the purchase.
  3. Select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred drop-off point or courier collection method.
  4. Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and must show no signs of use. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer, unless the return is due to an error by ARTERO or a faulty product.

4.3. Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, returns will not be accepted for:

  • Cosmetic products, shampoos, or grooming sprays that have been opened or unsealed after delivery.
  • Clippers, blades, or scissors that show clear signs of having been used or tested on hair/fur.

5. WARRANTY AND FAULTY GOODS

5.1. B2C Consumer Sales

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products supplied must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

If a product develops a manufacturing fault within the first 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.
After 30 days and within the product's 2-year statutory warranty period, ARTERO will repair or replace the item free of charge, provided the fault is due to a manufacturing defect.

5.2. B2B Professional Sales

The statutory protections of the Consumer Rights Act do not apply to purchases made by individuals or corporate entities for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft, or profession. For the professional channel (B2B), ARTERO provides a commercial warranty of twelve (12) months from the invoice date. This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects. Damages caused by natural wear and tear, drops, misuse, or lack of mandatory daily maintenance (such as regular cleaning and lubrication of blades and scissors) are strictly excluded.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions and any purchase contracts entered into through this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

You likewise authorise ARTERO to reproduce, use and disseminate your image and voice in any advertising, promotion or similar activity related to the Action, in any current or future technical medium (including, among others, television, the Internet and the Internet for mobile telephony).

This will always be done with due respect for the legislation in force, in particular the provisions contained in Organic Law 1/1982 of 5 May on Civil Protection of the Right to Honour, to Personal and Family Privacy and to One’s Own Image.
